Ernest Freylinger 

Ernest Freylinger joined Human Capital Focus in 2003. He has international experience in HR management in multicultural environments and holds a Degree in Human Resources of HENAC, Hautes Etudes Namuroises Catholiques, Namur (Belgium), including an international exchange program with the university of applied sciences (Fachhochschule) in Koblenz, (Germany).

He also has a Master Degree in NLP (PNL - NeuroLinguistic Programming) conducted by Thies Stahl & NLP Professionals in Germany, various management courses in 'Strategic Management' at the Management Institut St. Gallen (SGMI) in Switzerland. Graphologie. Hypnosis.
